Electrical giant Samsung has invested in a team of technical experts to work with the design, build and install market to provide support for its appliance sales through kitchen retailers.
The team will man a line at Samsung’s contact centre in Leeds to provide kitchen studios, designers, installers and builders with product knowledge, industry insight and expertise.
Calls will be answered by experienced customer service handles and former kitchen installers who will work alongside Samsung’s sales team to help with pre and post-purchase queries, plus installation advice.
Head of digital appliances Samsung UK & Ireland Mark Seaman commented: “At Samsung we recognise the specialist nature of the premium kitchen trade market and the new roles and team we have created will enable us to better support our retail partners and address the unique challenges they face throughout the purchase and installation journey.”
