Home appliance brand Samsung has relaunched its Kitchen Circle approach to support, educate and rewards its studio partners.
Originally launched in 2019, the Kitchen Circle programme has been reimagined to include enhanced benefits.
These include a dedicated relationship and growth manager, new portal for retailers to download marketing assets and a “more immersive” Samsung ambassador training experience.
Available in tiers of Partner, Partner+ and Platinum, the programme also offers ongoing support, as well as a year-round rewards scheme, based on sales, that earns retailers high street shopping vouchers.
In addition, Samsung will host the Kitchen Circle Awards Day to celebrate the success of its leading kitchen specialists and where they can participate in focus groups and workshops with Samsun experts.
Samsung will also provide a range of branded assets to enhance showrooms, with regular visits from the field team, training for new products and, where required, refresher training at Samsung or in their showroom.
Through a tier of blended learning programmes, showroom staff will be able to achieve certification at a Bronze, Silver or Gold level.
An overall Showroom Certification and reward will be presented when an agreed number of employees have completed the learning programmes.
Head of digital appliances at Samsung Electronics (UK & Ireland) Dan Harvie said: “The launch of the Samsung Kitchen Circle signifies the immense value of our kitchen studio partners.
“We’re on an exciting journey as we continue to disrupt and innovate the built-in kitchen market, meeting the growing demands of our retailers and consumers.
“This goal isn’t possible without the help of our incredibly passionate kitchen specialists, which is why we’ve launched this programme to help support, educate and reward them every step of the way.”
The launch of the Samsung Kitchen Circle follows the introduction of the 4,5,6 and 7 series cooking appliances.
