Managing director of Saniflo UK Tim Pestell will retire at the end of the 2023, after 17 years working for the company.

Managing director of Saniflo UK Tim Pestell will retire at the end of the 2023, after 17 years working for the company.

He will be succeeded by sales director Dave Cook who previously worked for boiler manufacturer Baxi before joining Saniflo in May 2023.

Pestell started with Saniflo in 2007 as sales director, having climbed the ladder in the merchant and bathroom manufacturing sectors, having worked for Aqualisa and Ideal Standard.

He was appointed managing director of Saniflo in January 2013 and during his tenure oversaw the upgrade of the Saniflo range, including the launch of Saniflush WC with integrated macerator.

Pestell championed the Kinedo shower brand, where he managed the emergence of the all-in-one cubicle product offering, as well as underground pumps and floorstanding lifting stations added to its commercial range.

During his time working for the company, Tim Pestell also raised thousands of pounds for charity.

As an avid cyclist he, and colleagues, would undertake rides from the Saniflo offices to Paris, with the last one in September 2023
