Bathroom wall panelling manufacturer Showerwall has launched its Find a Fitter programme, matching bathroom installers, plumbers and joiners with homeowners.

Following a recruitment drive, installers across the UK have registered for the scheme, which allows consumers to search via their postcode on the Showerwall website to find trusted fitters.

Registered installers are required to comply with terms and conditions, which include verifying that they are registered with well-known trade bodiess such as Checkatrade.

According to Showerwall, the wall panelling market has grown 25% year-on-year for the past six years, and the Find a Fitter programme has been developed to help bathroom professionals benefit from the growing consumer interest.

Product manager for Showerwall Steph Harris commented: “Our Find a Fitter scheme offers a national network of approved installers who have been vetted to provide homeowners with the assurance and peace of mind that they are working with high quality professionals.

“Bathroom fitting can be a competitive industry and with more people spending time and money on their homes, the sector is busier than ever.

“By offering this service we are providing a quick and simple way for consumers to find local fitters within their area to transform their bathrooms.”

As well as being listed on the Showerwall website, approved installers will receive video guides to help with training and sales, regular product offers and a gift on registration.

Showerwall has also launched a new trade brochure to further support installers, which provides technical, product and installation advice.
