Marketing director for North and East Europe takes the helm

Bathroom brand Grohe has appointed Simon Andersen as UK general manager and he will start his position on September 1, 2019.

He will take over from Ina Sielemann who will move to Grohe’s headquarters in Germany to assume to role of head of projects central Europe.

These appointments follow a change in leadership at head office with Thomas Fuhr now taking the role of CEO and Jonas Brennwald named deputy CEO.

Andersen began his career at Grohe as marketing co-ordinator before becoming promoted to trade marketing manager, then DIY channel manager and B2B channel manager.

He propelled up the ranks to head of marketing for Grohe Northern Europe before taking the position of marketing director for Northern and Eastern Europe.
