Managing director of boiling water tap brand Quooker Stephen Johnson wants to create a COVID-19 support group of kbb experts, offering real-time guidance to companies who may be struggling in the current climate.

Stephen Johnson is seeking to 12 industry leaders in their fields who would be part of a business helpline to give free, practical advice and assistance to dealers and small retailers nationwide.
The private helpline will aim to give retailers access to the combined knowledge and commercial expertise of industry heavyweights “with no strings attached”.
Non-disclosure agreements will ensure any information shared will remain confidential.
Whether logistical, financial or staffing related, the helpline will distribute requests to the most relevant expert to best meet the needs of the retailer.
Johnson’s initiative aims to “foster a genuine community of support and communication during this uncertain and turbulent period.”
If you have experience of managing a business and are able to lend your services, get in touch with Stephen Johnson at s.johnson@quooker.co.uk.
It forms one of the kitchen and bathroom industry’s initiatives to help support retailers in the current climate.
These include a COVID-19 support package for Kbsa members and manufacturing support for retailers by Simon Taylor Furniture.
Live Twitter chat #KBNConvo will also be discussing how retailers can keep trading during the challenge of COVID-19 on March 20, 12-1pm.
