The kbb furniture manufacturer has worked with 2020 for around 30 years, when the company started using 2020 Fusion for its building division.

Now the collaboration will see Symphony offer a 2020 Ideal Spaces kitchen configurator on its website, allowing consumers to create their kitchen and send their design to one of its dealers.

Joint SME customers will be able to use a version of 2020 Ideal Spaces with Symphony content (such as product ranges, colours, handles) already available in the platform.

Marketing and retail director at Symphony Simon Collyns commented: “Working with 2020 has proven to be a very fruitful collaboration and we couldn’t be more excited to be able to provide our dealers with a solution to bring them more customers and eventually increase footfall in their stores.

“2020 Ideal Spaces is the perfect platform to achieve this.”

EMEA director of 2020 Tim Lambert added: “Symphony and 2020 have been working together for many years to provide the best technical solutions for our common customers.

“These new developments in our partnership are yet another proof of our commitment to serve the wider KBB industry.’

Celebrating its 50th anniversary, Symphony had a turnover of more than £280 million in 2019 and employs over 1500 employees.

Its portfolio of brands includes Laura Ashley, Gallery, Linear, Aquadi and Urbano.

Most recently, Symphony has partnered with The Used Kitchen Company to encourage its retailers to recycle ex-display kitchens and urging consumers to recycle their old kitchens.
