UK kitchen furniture manufacturer Symphony Group has announced its summer program of virtual training sessions for retailers and merchants.
There are training sessions for its Linear, Gallery or Milano kitchen brands and each includes newly-launched products and accessories.
Training manager at Symphony Emma Banks explained: “Each course is broken down into two, hour-long, live online sessions.
“The courses are very interactive and use a range of methods to help designers learn about the technical aspects and benefits of the products.
“Each session is ideal for new starters or people with more experience, and individual sessions can be tailored to individual retailers’ needs as required.”
Chloe Degiorgio, from Angelsos Interiors said: “I attended the online training course for Milano and Linear. To say the training was helpful is an understatement.
“I’m new to the kitchen showroom industry and have been winging it since January. I was just starting to get the hang of its and lockdown happened. Thankfully, I was able to complete the online training with Emma.
“I have learnt so much and have a newfound confidence when dealing with customers and explaining the different ranges and price brands!”
The virtual, live training sessions adds to the online training modules for its kitchen brands, as well as Urbano bedrooms and Glide Slide Wardrobes.
In addition, a full Introduction to Kitchen Design course will launch in the Autumn.
