Teuco “refreshes image” at 100% Design

Teuco opts to showcase its Duralight baths and basins in a return to 100% Design

Italian bathroom brand Teuco returned to 100% Design, with a collection of solid surface baths and basins, made using the company’s Duralight material,

They were being shown in the UK for the first time, since their launch at Italian trade fair i Saloni in Milan earlier this year.

The brand, which is known for its wellness systems, instead used the event to showcase its iBordi bath and basin, plus the Accademia bath in the Pop finish, both of which were designed by Carlo Colombo.

Speaking exclusively to Kitchens & Bathrooms News, chief customer officer of Teuco Filippo Trau explained: “We are renewing our commitment to the UK and to this specific fair and now we are back presenting our new collection.”

He continued: “We are mostly known, here, for our acrylic bath tubs and hydromassage systems. We are still the leader [in hydromassage] but we also have a new product line to present, with a new image and a new way of working in the bathroom.”

Trau concluded: “We wanted to refresh our image, develop our network and clearly create new opportunities for Teuco in the UK.”

100% Design takes place at Earl’s Court in London from September 17-20, 2014.
