Emma Rose will continue to be supported by Dolores Rose who remains company secretary, overseeing finances, and Robert Byford as works director.
To ensure a smooth transition and continued stability for the company, Mike Rose will remain actively involved as a member of the board of directors.
Reflecting on the transition, Mike Rose said: “After 30 years, the time is right for Emma to take the lead, and I couldn’t be prouder.
“She has been running the business alongside me for years, and our clients won’t see any change – except that Lubina will continue to go from strength to strength.
“I look forward to supporting her and the team in my new role on the board.”
Emma Rose commented on her new position: “Lubina Kitchens has always been built on strong values – quality, reliability, and long-term partnerships. I’m honoured to carry forward my parents’ legacy.
“With the continued support of our incredible team and clients, we will keep growing and delivering the best made-to-measure kitchens and furniture solutions for our B2B partners.”
