Following an acquisition, Bathrooms International – THG opens redesigned store
Following the acquisition of London-based retailer Bathrooms International, for an undisclosed sum, luxury brassware manufacturer THG Paris has revamped the Belgravia showroom.
It has kept the Bathrooms International brand, going by the name of Bathrooms International by THG, because of reputation the name has built over the past 30 years, when it was established by husband and wife team Peter and Cheryl Gurner.
The showroom which was reportedly 80% THG Paris products, is now solus and has been redesigned to move it away from the more townhouse-inspired displays of the former premises.

On display in the showroom are products made in partnership with acclaimed designers such as Lalique, Baccarat and Daum Crystal, as well as collaborations with Nina Campbell and Sicis Mosaics for its room displays.
THG Paris is set to celebrate its 60th anniversary next year, with reported limited edition brassware to mark the milestone.
Sintered stone manufacturer Neolith has launched Calacatta Roma and Cappadocia Sunset, inspired by nature and classical architecture, and for use in kitchens or bathrooms walls, floors, in gardens or facades.
They belong to The New Classtone and Fusioncollections which interpret marble and natural stone, respectively, and boast Neolith’s antibacterial NeolEAT technology.
Inspired by Ancient Rome, Calacatta Roma (pictured top) pays homage to Italian Carrara marble, with ochre and grey veins in a white background.
While the Cappadocia region, in central Turkey, with its rock formations formed by volcanoes and underground cities, has inspired Cappadocia Sunset (pictured below).
Just like all of Neolith’s surfaces, Calacatta Roma and Cappadocia Sunset are resistant to heat and atmospheric conditions, are 100% recyclable, and do not contain added quartz to their formulation.
