Entrepreneur Toby Rhodes has been named the speaker of the Kitchen Bathroom Bedroom Specialists Association (Kbsa) Retailer Dinner  on September 24 at the Stratford Manor Hotel, Stratford upon Avon.

He will give a presentation on “The lost art of conversation” after the retailer dinner, which takes place the Stratford Manor Hotel, Stratford upon Avon.

Born in the USA, Toby Rhodes was educated in the UK and has built businesses on both sides of The Pond, focusing on the value of personal communication with customers and suppliers.

An early adopter of the e-commerce generation, he is currently growing a global opportunity in the sports market.

Kbsa national chair Richard Hibbert said: “We are delighted to have Toby as an after dinner speaker.

The Retailer Dinner is held the night before the Kbsa Conference on September 25, where the keynote speaker is Baroness Michelle Mone OBE.

An evening awards dinner, hosted by Kevin Keegan OBE, will complete the Kbsa event.
