At Triton’s 40th anniversary celebrations, managing director Lorna Fellowes announced she was stepping down after 17 years at the helm.
She will be succeeded by business development director David Tutton, who previously held roles at Astracast and Jacuzzi, who will take the role of MD from July onwards.

Fellowes commented: “Over the past 23 years at Triton I have seen the business grow and develop beyond expectations within the Norcros Group. The result of our efforts is a company with strong values, market leading products and services and 40 years of consistent growth from humble beginnings when the business began in 1975 with just six employees manufacturing one shower model from a garage unit in Atherstone.”
On becoming managing director, Tutton said: “Stability is so important for any organisation, which is why I am especially proud that Triton has the solid foundations of the past four to build on. As we begin to celebrate our 40th anniversary this year, my focus for the immediate future and longer term will be to build on Lorna’s strong leadership and everything that has been accomplished as a result of the very clear direction she has given.
“My pledge is to protect our core competencies including product innovation and development, as well as customer service, for which Triton is well known. I will continue to concentrate on maintaining and forging close relationships with our customers throughout the supply chain, from builders’ merchants and wholesalers right through to the installers, specifiers and retailers who are so vital for the continued recommendation of our brand.”
