Twitter chat #KBNConvo, established by Kitchens & Bathrooms News, is set to make its return in 2020 on January 31 at 12-1pm.

The only live Twitter chat of its type in the kbb industry, the discussion aims to bring all industry professionals together in a hour-long debate, tackling topics that affect the industry.

Its first topic will be on challenges and opportunities for retailers and designers in 2020 and will ask if any learnings from 2019 will be instrumental for this year.

To take part, simply log on to Twitter on January 31 during 12-1pm, and search the hashtag #KBNConvo to follow the conversation.

It will take the form of a Q&A session, where Kitchens & Bathrooms News will pose a series of questions and then participants simply answer, adding the hashtag #KBNConvo
