Following a warehouse move last year, Verona has invested in its infrastructure and relocated its head office to a premises at Thorpe Park, Leeds.

The tile, mosaic, flooring and outdoor porcelain distributor has reported a period of sustained growth, which has resulted in the need for a new head office to accommodate its growing support team.

Measuring 10,000 square feet and developed by Design Tonic, the open plan head office provides space for almost 100 people and took 12 weeks to complete.

It boasts eight meeting rooms, an amphitheatre style area designed for presenting, 10 private offices, a kitchen and screen-free spaces for staff to take breaks and chat with colleagues.

Marketing director at Verona Katy Black commented: “The new office is fantastic and a huge step forward for the business.

“Now we are all able to return safely, we hope this will give everyone an extra spring in their step when coming into work and reflect our people first culture. “

Our working environment has been completely modernised making it a far more inviting and exciting place to be.”

She continued: “This move represents just how much we have grown as a brand. We now have 70 people based at our head office, all of which play an essential part in our success, we have upgraded our warehouse and distribution facility, expanded our teams and entered the world of flooring. We all can’t wait to see what 2022 has in store.”
