The Zehnder Group board of directors has appointed Tomasz Juda and Olaf Schulte as members of the group executive committee, taking up their positions during the fourth quarter of 2014.

Tomasz Juda, previously head of the manufacturing company in Poland, will now manage the centre for radiators. Olaf Schulte, former head of manufacturing in the Netherlands, will oversee the ventilation centre.

The changes follow the departure of Dr Jurg Ammann from the business and take place at the same time as the transfer of CEO from Dr Hans-Peter Zehnder to Dominik Berchtold.

Juda has an engineering degree and a business administration Master’s degree, and has held postions as head of engineering and manufacturing for various companies in Poland.

Schulte has a degree in industrial management and a Masters in information management. He has worked for Zehnder since 2000.

A statement released by the company reported: “The board of directors is extremely delighted to have been able to fill both positions with very competent and experienced successors from within the Zehnder Group’s own ranks. Their appointment to the group executive committee means that it is supported by an even wider range of nationalities. The board of directors would like to wish both of the newly appointed members of the group executive committee lots of luck and success in their new challenge.”
