Chet Singh joins Fetim Group UK from Wolseley

Parent company of Aqualux, the Fetim Group UK has appointed Chet Singh as head of digital, as part of its e-commerce strategy.

He has experience of digital marketing communications across B2B and B2C and has worked in a range of industries including travel, fitness, flooring and plumbing.

Singh has joined the Fetim Group UK from Wolseley, owner of Plumb Centre and distributor BCG and commented on his new position “. I am working closely with sales, marketing, customer service and operations to adopt digital transformation throughout the organisation which will deliver real benefits to the business and our customers.

He continued: “ The shift in consumer behaviour online is not only B2C but B2B and the pace is relentless. Referral and loyalty is key where you have competitive crowded marketplace, so identifiable USPs is crucial.”

Singh pointed out the popularity of click and collect, which has been seen in the financial results of John Lewis, Argos and Currys.
