CAD specialists announces number of promotions and a new appointment

CAD software specialist for the KBB industry, ArtiCAD, has announced a number of promotions and a new appointment.

As part of the line of promotions, Karen Smith has taken the newly-created role of marketing manager and James Pither is now customer account manager.

While Chloe Collins and Byron Green have now  joined the Technical Services group from Client Services.

In addition, Ryan Munro has been promoted to Graphics QA Manager and Neil Metcalf has re- joined as the company’s area sales manager for the North East and Scotland.

These job moves follow the appointment of Claire Hillier-Brook as regional sales manager of the South West of the UK.

Founded in 1992 and headquartered in Watford, ArtiCAD now offers flagship products ArtiCAD-Pro and BathCAD which are used by more than 7,500 designers in the UK.

It also has users in the North America, South America, Australia, New Zealand and Ireland.

In 2016, German IT solutions company for the kitchen and furniture retail channel  SHD AG purchased the majority shareholding of ArtiCAD.

The SHD Group offers ERP systems for furniture retailers, planning solutions for kitchen, bathroom and living room, as well as cross-industry solutions for warehousing, financial and personnel management.

A year later, ArtiCAD acquired Smart Systems, a pricing and business management software company.
