In his new role, Day will help develop the brand through the existing independent and national kitchen studio channel and focus on expanding distribution through new retail partners and kitchen channel distributors.

Commenting on his role, Ben Day said: “I’m thrilled to be part of team Asko during this exciting phase of the brand’s development.

“It presents an exciting opportunity to grow a fantastic brand within the UK kitchen retailers collaboratively, which has always been an important goal and value of mine.

“At Asko, our approach is not about dictating to potential customers or telling them how to run their business; instead, we aim to become true showroom partners for them.

“I’ve only been at Asko a short time, but I already feel a strong passion for the brand and recognise the hard work the team is putting in. We are all dedicated to ensuring it’s a success for our customers.”

This follows on from the appointment of Jessica Rhodes as product and marketing manager for Asko UK.
