Beko appoints marketing director

Donald Shepherd has an agency background

Beko has appointed Donald Shepherd as its marketing director, who will be responsible for leading the marketing team across the company’s five brands; Beko, Grundig, Leisure, Blomberg and Flavel.

Shepherd brings 14 years’ of agency experience to the role, where he worked across a range of brands including, Hilton Worldwide, LivingWell Health Clubs and Guerlain Spa.

Managing director at Beko Teresa Arbuckle, commented on Shepherd’s appointment: “It really is an ideal time for Donald to join us and the home appliance industry. This year we’re celebrating Beko’s 25th anniversary in the UK, have recently launched our new television advertising campaign ‘Life Changes’ and also just announced our first brand ambassador for Leisure range cookers, Dan Doherty.
