Bernd Sanden named director of LivingKitchen

Sanden was involved with the development of LivingKitchen

Bernd Sanden will assume the role of director of LivingKitchen on September 1, succeeding Eike Fuchs.

Sanden is a graduate of the University of Cologne, where he studied Business Administration, and has worked for the show’s organiser Koelnmesse for 10 years, including being involved with the development of LivingKitchen.

In his previous role as sales manager, he was responsible for three imm Cologne segments Comfort, Prime and Pure and has also been involved in international projects in Russia, the USA and China.

Having an interest in technology, Sanden added: “The smart home, futuristic kitchens and intelligent kitchen robots – I am sure that my interest in the rapid changes in technology will be put to good use in this new role.”
