Nolte Kitchens export director Matthias Berens commented on Marsden’s promotion: “With major events ahead, including the opening of a Westminster flagship showroom and various trade fairs, I am delighted that we have been able to find the new country manager in our midst.

“Bob Marsden has been involved in our direct retail scheme from Day 1 and through his invaluable experience will no doubt adapt to his new role very quickly.

“We are glad Richard Pedgrift has agreed to take on a consultancy role to facilitate this transition and assist with further projects. His in-depth knowledge of the industry was key to Nolte’s successful development in the UK. We thank him for his past commitment – and welcome him back to the team.”
