Technical CEO of Express Kuchen Marc Hogrebe takes role

Change of CEO at Nolte Kuchen Technical CEO of Nolte Kuchen, Hans-Heinrich Hagemann is retiring at the end of 2014, after 14 years with the company.

He will be succeeded by Marc Hogrebe, who will join the company from the Alno Group on January 1, 2015. Hogrebe holds the position of technical director and was responsible for Express Kuchen since 2009. 

During Hagemann’s tenure, he has overseen the conversion of production to the grid Matrix 150 in 2008/9, supervised manufacturing engineering of the interior décor, and introduced the company’s latest product line Nolte Eco. Also during his time, Nolte build several warehouses in Melle, Germany, as an extension to the production area to improve logistics.

Spokesman of the Board for Nolte SE, Manfred Wippermann, thanked Hans-Heinrich Hagemann and said: “We are delighted to have found in Marc Hogrebe a very competent and experienced successor from our midst! “He is going to keep his present position as CEO with Express Kuchen alongside his future occupation as CEO for Nolte Kuchen and will be in charge of the departments production, distribution, logistics and purchasing in both companies.”

However both companies will be run independently. Together they employ 1,450 members of staff and have a turnover of around 400 million Euros per year.
