Chief operating officer appointed at BA Components

Ex-Nobia VP to help steer the company

Following the recent investment by H2 Equity Partners, manufacturer of kitchen, bedroom, bathroom doors and accessories BA Components has appointed Nick Corlett as chief operating officer.

He joins the company with over 15 years’ experience in the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom market in the UK and across Europe.

Following three years at MFI, Nick Corlett joined Howdens in 2006 working in its head office and left the company six years later as head of sourcing and product design, kitchens.

He then took up a Europe-wide role with Nobia, where for the last three years he has been executive vice president of sourcing, product management and sustainability.

Corlett commented on his role at BA Components: “I’m genuinely excited about the opportunities ahead and I’m looking forward to contributing to the next chapter of the BA story. The BA team have built up a great business over the last 25 years with a great product offer. I’ve experience some of that as a customer for the last 10 years so I know I’m joining a respected, successful and progressive business and I can’t wait to get started.”
