Managing director of Kitchens International (KI), Gerry Watson said: “Sandy leaves a legacy within KI and his unrivalled attention to detail and expertise has played a huge part in making KI the success it is today. He has also been instrumental in the training and development of his succession in the company, and his influence will be with us for years to come.

“I somehow think he won’t be fair from our doors when he gets under Sheana’s (his wife’s) feet! We wish them both a long and happy retirement.”

Sandy Park commented: “Although I feel no older than I did when I began working in the kitchen industry over 30 years ago, I am looking forward to retiring and spending time with my family. All the developments and changes throughout the years have been challenging but exciting, making kitchens an enjoyable and exhilarating industry to have been involved in.”
