Premium kitchen appliance specialist Falmec has appointed Behic Fellowes to its UK sales team.

He has joined the company as regional sales manager for the South East of England to develop Falmec’s business with new and existing customers in the area.

For the last six years, Fellowes has been working in the kitchen industry for national brands.

His first role was with trade kitchen supplier Howdens, where he worked for three years, having become a trade consultant dealing with builders and trade customers.

Fellowes then went on to join Wren as a kitchen designer and after a year was promoted to senior designer.

He went on to manage his own team in the showroom for two years before moving to Benchmarx, where he was responsible for trade sales.

Commenting on his new role Behic Fellowes commented: “This is the next step in my career.

“I am excited to learn new skills, take on new challenges and grow my professional network for Falmec UK.

“Most importantly, my overriding aim is to provide outstanding customer service”

Falmec UK’s sales director Ron Blount added: “Behic’s comprehensive experience in the kitchen industry gives him a head start in his new role at Falmec UK.

“His expertise on both sides of the kitchen business – in sales and design – will definitely be of benefit to our customers in the South East, so we are delighted that he has come on board to further expand our national sales team.”

His appointment follows on from Dan Tedds, who has recently joined the company as regional sales manager for the North of England.
