With a broad range of experience and knowledge in customer service, acquired in her previous employment in the metal industry and FMCG, Billy commented on her new role: “Passionately curious, I lead by example and have never stop wanting to learn and improve ways of working wherever possible.

“I am looking forward to being part of an innovative and sustainably minded fast-growing company with a great human centred culture and brand vision.

“I very much look forward to working with the team and helping F&P’s growth and development.”

Former kitchen designer Nathan Smith, who has worked for Colourhill Kitchens & Bedrooms and Wren, also brings his retail knowledge to the appliance manufacturer.

Completing the trio of new recruits Natasha Mottram has extensive experience in supply chain logistics, demand and inventory planning, as well as a history of working across varied markets.

“I’m looking forward to working with the team on this journey.”

Managing director of Fisher & Paykel UK and Europe David Woollcott commented: “I am delighted to welcome three new team members as our company develops and grows.

“Their combined knowledge and expertise across the kitchens industry will prove invaluable to our continued commitment in delivering excellence to each and every one of our customers.”
