The newly-created position forms part of the company’s five-year growth strategy, which focuses on expanding sales opportunities within the specification and OEM marketplaces.

Managing the specification process from concept to completion, he will work with Fluidmaster’s engineering, design, production and operations departments to oversee client project schedules.

Hibbert will also form part of an in-house engineering forum, focusing on the design and development of future Fluidmaster products.

With over 20 years of experience, with previous sales and specification positions at Zip Heaters, he joins the company from Reliance Water Controls  where he was North of England specification manager.
