To take effect on January 1, 2015
Grohe AG has appointed Michael Rauterkus as CEO, with effect from January 1, 2015.
He takes over from David Haines, chairman and CEO of the Grohe Group, and CEO of the Lixil Water Technology Group.
Rauterkus has been chief sales officer for Grohe AG since October 2011 and has been responsible for EMEA, North and South America.

He has also been managing director of Grohe Deutschland Vertriebs since 2006. He was also in charge of the Central Europe region and from 2009, the entire Europe sales region.
As well as the CEO position, he will serve as regional CEO in the Lixil Water Technology Group business unit.
