Owen will be responsible for customer service and logistics and his role will start on November 19, 2018.
He will join the brassware manufacturer from Bristan, a fellow Masco company, where he spent four years as head of customer service.
During this time, Owen helped the company gain recognition in national awards for customer service.
Prior to working with Bristan, he has held a number of senior managerial positions in customer service at BT, Carphone Warehouse, My Travel and Thomas Cook.
