Bathroom products supplier Harrison Bathrooms has appointed four area sales managers across Scotland, Ireland, South Wales and the South West, plus the South East, to support its growth strategy.

Bringing with them a wealth of experience from across the industry, they will use their knowledge to drive new business and expand future growth across the UK, for the company’s Scudo brand.

Danyal Qureshi has been named area sales manager for South East Central and kicked off his career in the bathroom industry aged 16.

He has since spent over 13 years working as a sales manager across established businesses, including Formula Bathrooms and Fired Earth.

Derek Cowan has been appointed area sales manager for Scotland and joins the team with over 20 years’ sales experience across flooring, bathroom, and plumbing industries.

Having previously worked with brands including Marshalls PLC and City Plumbing, Cowan has spent the last eight years on the road selling direct to showrooms.

Named areas sales manager for Ireland is Wayne Cooney who has more than 30 years’ sales experience working in the country. He most recently worked as sales manager with My Life Bathrooms.

They are joined by Kevin Pearman, area sales manager for South Wales and South West, who has over 20 years’ experience in sales.

He has spent 18 years of this career selling bathroom products, both into showrooms and direct to consumer and has previously worked with Thomas Dudley and International Decorative Surfaces (IDS).

The new appointments come months after the launch of the new Scudo showroom in Leeds and just over a year since Harrison Bathrooms moved to its new 68,000sq ft premises.
