Bathroom brand hib. has made two senior promotions to strengthen its team, following the appointment of Chris Dodds as executive commercial director.
Deb Freeman has been promoted to head of brand and marketing, following 15 months with the business.
Having led the recent rebrand and played a key role in shaping hib.’s strategic marketing direction, in her new role, she will oversee brand development, marketing strategy, and customer engagement.

Additionally, Rob Pattern has been promoted to head of product development and will work with product director Ash Chilver.
