IBC Group appoints Lisa Douglas as internal sales manager

Parent company of Imperial Bathrooms and Whiteville Ceramics, IBC Group, has  welcomed Lisa Douglas to the newly-created role of internal sales manager.

Parent company of Imperial Bathrooms and Whiteville Ceramics, IBC Group, has  welcomed Lisa Douglas to the newly-created role of internal sales manager.

IBC appoints Lisa Douglas as internal sales manager

The position will see her support and strengthen the work carried out by the key account management team along with tasks surrounding export and retail, order processing and after sales co-ordination.

Douglas has acquired a wealth of experience from working in a range of commercial sales and administrative roles.

Prior to her joining the IBC Group, she worked at Neoperl UK for seven years, starting out as customer service manager and then becoming commercial manager.

She also spent eight years as company administration manager at Aquaflow Regulators, where she provided invaluable office and business support.
