British bathroom manufacturer Imperial Bathrooms has appointed two junior designers, expanding its existing design team.
Recent graduates from Derby University, Alex Freeman and Hannah Hart, have joined Imperial Bathrooms to bring a fresh perspective on all areas of corporate and product branding.
Freeman and Hart both studied BA Product Design and graduated with First Class Honours.

They will be responsible for maintaining the company’s continued range of bathroom designs, for which its renowned, while ensuring the Imperial brand image is commensurate with being a brand leader.
Joint managing director of Imperial Bathrooms James Stevenson said: “We’re delighted to welcome two new members to the Imperial design team.
“By growing our team across all levels, we can expand our design output and offer a more reactive and current service, when required.
“With our 2020 plans for business expansion well underway, we are keen to grow our UK presence and continue to build on our authentic brand story and premium product portfolio.”
Sintered stone manufacturer Neolith has launched Calacatta Roma and Cappadocia Sunset, inspired by nature and classical architecture, and for use in kitchens or bathrooms walls, floors, in gardens or facades.
They belong to The New Classtone and Fusioncollections which interpret marble and natural stone, respectively, and boast Neolith’s antibacterial NeolEAT technology.
Inspired by Ancient Rome, Calacatta Roma (pictured top) pays homage to Italian Carrara marble, with ochre and grey veins in a white background.
While the Cappadocia region, in central Turkey, with its rock formations formed by volcanoes and underground cities, has inspired Cappadocia Sunset (pictured below).
Just like all of Neolith’s surfaces, Calacatta Roma and Cappadocia Sunset are resistant to heat and atmospheric conditions, are 100% recyclable, and do not contain added quartz to their formulation.
