Shower enclosure brand Lakes Showering Spaces has appointed apprentice Katie Harris as a full-time customer service advisor.
The more sees the company strengthen its Customer Services team while promoting development for young apprentices in the KBB sector.
Harris, who joined the Lakes team during National Apprenticeship Week in 2024, has gaindc hands-on experience across various departments and recently passed her Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship with a Distinction.

Commenting on her new role, Harris said: “I’m so pleased to have been appointed to customer service advisor at Lakes and joined the team full time.
“From my first day, I’ve felt very supported here, everyone has been so patient with me and always available to offer guidance.
“Their support has really helped me become more confident in my role and I’m excited for the future.”
Katie Harris now looking to enrol on a Business Administration Level 3 course at Gloucester College in order to continue her training, and progress alongside her role at Lakes.
