British manufacturer Lakes Showering Spaces has appointed Tracey Boulton to the newly-created role of head of customer experience.

Boulton has been with Lakes for 14 years and brings a wealth of brand and industry knowledge, as well as understanding of customer needs, to this position..

In this new role, she will oversee the development and implementation of customer experience strategies, ensuring feedback enhances service levels.

During her previous role as head of customer service, Lakes maintained a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 80%, which it says reflects the company’s focus on exceeding customer expectations.
