British kitchen manufacturer Moores has welcomed Mark Phelan to the role of head of customer experience.
The newly-created position sits within the senior management team and his primary objective will be to help Moores deliver “best in class” customer service.
Phelan has had a diverse career working across varied sectors including financial services, hairdressing, global distribution and housebuilding but with customer service remaining a constant.
Speaking about his new role, Mark Phelan said: “I am passionate about customer experience and am excited to be joining Moores: a company with massive future potential.
“I look forward to supporting the business in delivering even better ‘best in class’ customer service that really differentiates us from the competition.”
