Kitchen, bedroom and bathroom furniture manufacturer Moores has appointed Paul Fincken as business development director.
He will head the brand’s business development department, focusing on developing the team and assisting with the company’s national growth.
He brings with him a wealth of knowledge from his previous role as housebuilder sales director for Jeld-Wen, a UK manufacturer of doors, windows and stairs.

Prior to this role, Fincken was head of sales of the specification and housebuild channel at British Ceramic Tiles and sales manager of residential at Ideal Standard.
Speaking about his new position, Paul Fincken said: “Moores had a hugely successful year in 2019 with record growth, proving that the brand is well on its way to achieving its ultimate goal of getting back to great.
“To be joining the team at such a pivotal moment is very exciting and I plan to utilise my expertise in sales and management to help drive this growth even further, ensuring that 2020 is yet another record-breaking year for the company.”
Established in 1947, Moores is based on a 25-acre site and has a 600,000sqft factory in Wetherby.
It manufacturers the Roux Kitchens brand and chef Michel Roux Jnr visited its factory last year.
