An interior design graduate from Manchester University, Dora McDowall has over three years’ experience working within a family-run bespoke furniture design company

Dora McDowall said: “Outside work, I enjoy exploring spaces that combine culinary and interior experiences; I’m always interested in how kitchen and restaurant design can have influence on how we experience food.”

According to Poggenpohl she has developed a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to creating elegant, functional spaces.

Hampstead studio manager James Kalozois commented on her appointment: “I am delighted to welcome Dora to our team at Poggenpohl Hampstead.

“Her creativity and passion for design, combined with her enthusiasm for culinary exploration, will undoubtedly set her up for a successful and rewarding career with Poggenpohl.”

Dora McDowall’s appointment follows on from Poggenpohl employing a senior sales designer to further strengthen the team in its Wigmore Street, London.

The company has 17 points of sale across the UK and Northern Ireland.
