Former Frontline sales & marketing director Michael Sammon has joined bathroom distributor the Q4 Group

Michael Sammon has joined bathroom distributor the Q4 Group as director, with immediate effect.

He has also been appointed as director of the Bergen Furniture brand, which is a standalone manufacturing business owned by Q4 Group.

Sammon’s key areas of responsiblity will cover marketing, sales, product design and sourcing.

Before joining Q4 and Bergen,  he spent more than 14 years as sales & marketing director at Frontline Bathrooms and Smiths Briten – both part of the Grafton Group.

Sammon helped grow the Frontline business and developed its Aqua portfolio of products.

Speaking about his appointment, Michael Sammon said: “I am delighted to have joined such young and dynamic team in a privately-owned business.

“We have a massive opportunity to take Q4 and Bergen Furniture brands to new levels and I’m confident we will do this in the years to come”

Michael Sammon joins owner Richard Parker and commercial director Paul Jacobs on the board.

Established in 1986, Q4 is a privately-owned which uses its own delivery fleet to provide bathrooms on a next-day basis.

Q4 has made a deliberate decision to choose to work with predominantly British manufacturers with over 65% of its products purchased from Britain and 10 years warranty on all products.
