Sanitaryware equipment supplier Siamp UK has appointed Ashley Lorne as area sales manager for the North West.

He has been working for the company, for the past three years, in Siamp UK’s distribution facility in Stockport.

Lorne will now use his experience and knowledge of Siamp products to help grow company sales, acquiring and increasing its customer base, as well as managing current accounts.

He forms part of the recently expanded Siamp UK sales team, which now includes five regional sales managers.

Having recently attended the James Hargreaves Plumbing Supplies centenary celebration exhibition, with Siamp exhibiting at Leeds United’s Elland Road and Burnley FC’s Turf Moor, he has already been out meeting customers.

Ashley Lorne commented on his new role: “I take great pleasure and motivation from the opportunity that Siamp has given to me, and I am sure that, although relatively new to the industry, I can contribute positively to the growth of Siamp.

“It has definitely been a case of so far so good. I have really enjoyed going out and meeting both existing and potential new customers, while the James Hargreaves exhibitions at Elland Road and Turf Moor was a fantastic experience.”
