Smeg UK has appointed Pete Jarvis as head of national accounts, who has over 20 years’ experience in electrical retail and national accounts.

Smeg UK has appointed Pete Jarvis as head of national accounts, who has over 20 years’ experience in electrical retail and national accounts.

In this role, he will lead a team which nurtures relationships with the likes of John Lewis, Ao, Currys, Wren Kitchens, Magnet, Appliance City and Buy It Direct.

He joins the company from Montpellier Domestic Appliances, where he worked as sales director.

Prior to this, Jarvis worked at BSH Home Appliances for 15 years in independent and national account roles.

Sales director at Smeg UK Paul Barker commented on Jarvis’s appointment: “I am very pleased to welcome Pete to the Smeg business.

“Peter brings to the role a wealth of experience within the appliance market, and I look forward to working with him in supporting our national account team and customers.”

It follows a trio of sales appointments which included Kulvinder Rayit, Beckie Vidotto and Richard Mackey.
