Celebrating the 30th anniversary of the Starck Barrel, bathroom manufacturer Duravit has re-interpreted the design using c-bonded technology.
According to Duravit, it offers a more modern look without losing the key characteristics of the original design, created by Philippe Starck.
The Starck Barrel vanity has been introduced with wash bowls in new matt and gloss black finishes, alongside White and White Satin, and all which feature bacteria resistant glaze.

The lacquered furniture comes in eight finishes, spanning High Gloss White, through to Taupe Satin Matt and High Gloss Black.
In addition, designers can choose furniture handles in a choice of five finishes that can be co-ordinated with the taps.
These include Chrome, Diamond Black, Brushed Stainless Steel, Brushed Bronze and Polished Gold.
Duravit celebrated its long-standing relationship with Philippe Starck during Milan Design Week, where it also launched the Aurena bathroom suite.
