Brassware and sink supplier Abode has launched Pronteau ProTrad, a steaming hot tap in a traditional design, offered in 3 IN 1 and 4 IN 1 models.

Developed by the in-house design team, it has been inspired by Abode’s Astbury and Ludlow collection.

The Pronteau ProTrad steaming hot water tap offers 75 – 98° instant filtered steaming hot water, as well as standard hot and cold functions in the 3 IN 1 model, with the 4 IN 1 also providing filtered cold water.

UK consumers can recycle filters using the Abode Filter Recycle Scheme, which ensures redundant filters are recycled at end of life.

The hot water temperature of the ProTrad tap is set via the PROBOIL.2X under sink boiler which offers a 2-litre stainless steel tank, toolless installation and, according to Abode, the insulated model has  low running costs, quick re-boil times and intuitive digital controls.

Designers can choose the taps from a trio of finishes: Antique Brass, Chrome and Brushed Nickel.
