German kitchen furniture manufacturer Rotpunkt typifies the latest trend for dark kitchens with the launch of its coffee, rich brown lacquered door front Arabica.

Part of Rotpunkt’s 2019 Metal Line and Black Line kitchen series, the Arabica door comes in a choice of matt or gloss finishes.

Arabica also boasts XT Extreme Matt HPL lacquer finish with an anti-fingerprint finish.

Complementing the brown façade is Abbey Split Oak,a wood effect melamine door with the look and feel of Oak.

Designed for open plan living environments, this broken plan kitchen concept combines colours and materials.

It is shown with industrial-style glass doors in smoked black, which contrast against the Arabica colour on the tall bank of wall units and combination shelving with integrated Blaze handles in Inoc Brown.

The island unit features a composite Belgium Earth velvet 40mm worktop, combined with the Abbey Split Oak adjoining open shelving system and base unit.

Designed to expand the island with additional countertop space, the shelves also feature a surrounding shadow gap.

Head of UK operations at Rotpunkt, Matt Phillips comments on the launch of Arabica stating: “Brown is back, now being viewed amongst the design community as modern and the next go-to colour for dark interiors, whether one-tone or combined with warm metallics and rustic wood finishes.”
