Italian manufacturer of luxury appliances Bertazzoni has claimed to have launched a market first – an induction range cooker. measuring 1200mm, with Teppanyaki grill.
It offers six cooking zones, including five burners and a Teppanyaki grill, plus11-programme, multifunction ovens offer 71-litre oven capacity per cavity with telescopic racks and soft-close doors.
This model can be fitted through standard 40-amp wiring; with no need for additional bespoke cabling and is rated as A energy class.
Alongside the stainless steel model (PRO125IG2EXT) the 1200mm induction range cooker is also available in Rosso (red), Giallo (yellow), Arancio (orange), Bianco (white) and Nero (black).
These colours are applied by hand via the same process as famous Italian luxury sports cars.
