Italian appliance manufacturer Bertazzoni has launched two induction hobs with integrated extraction, previewed at Eurocucina 2022.

Both hobs measure 800mm, are operated by slide controls and have 10 power levels, as well as multizone technology which creates one, large cooking surface.

In addition, 99-minute timers are available for single or simultaneous zones on each hob with the P8041CH2M37NT model also boasting a stop and go function, should the user need to pause cooking temporarily.

Each of the Bertazzoni vented hobs, have a central circular grill with the brass metal of the brand’s logo and feature a grease and charcoal filter with alerts when they reach saturation.

With a built-in motor, both hobs can be used in kitchen islands with the P8041CH2M30NC and P8041CH2M37NT rated A and A+, respectively.

Bertazzoni has recently celebrated its fifth anniversary in the UK in which the family-run business is celebrating 140 years since being founded in Italy.
