The A energy-rated appliance has been designed to fit into a wall unit, so it doesn’t have to be installed on an island, and the cupboard space can be used below.

It features a frameless induction hob, with 10 power levels and a downdraft hood with extraction of up to 647m3/h.

Each zone also has a Booster function and is operated by touch controls.

The DD780BK downdraft extractor has four speeds and an automatic timer which switches off 15 minutes after cooking has finished.

It features removeable parts for cleaning, either using a dishwasher or by hand.

Caple launched the induction downdraft at kbb Birmingham, alongside the company’s first foray into connected ovens.
