Surface manufacturer Cosentino has unveiled Le Chic, a modern take on Victorian and Parisian spaces, as part of its Silestone brand.

In design terms, it is a juxtaposition to the modern Silestone Urban Crush collection, launched earlier this year.

The Le Chic collection boasts six designs: Parisian Blue (pictured), Eclectic Pearl, Versailles Ivory, Victorian Silver, Bohemian Flame and Romantic Ash.

Designed for all areas of the home, the decors feature veins and metallic accents which stand out against neutral backgrounds like cream or deep blues and blacks, creating depth.

The detailed veining has required new manufacturing techniques, with interlocking veins made possible by the company’s moulding system to create the texture and a variety of sizes.

Boasting patented HybriQ+ technology, from Cosentino, Silestone Le Chic is manufactured using 99% recycled water and 100% recycled energy, incorporating a minimum of 20% recycled materials and 40% less silica.
