The A+++ energy-rated machine has a 9kg load capacity and an LCD display offering 23 dry cycles, including Steam Freshen, Hygiene, Activewear, Wool, Silk and Denim.

With health and hygiene being a pressing concern for many people, the Hygiene cycle is designed to kill more than 99.9% of bacteria and reduce allergens.

Whereas Steam Freshen has been created to deodorise, de-wrinkle and make garments ready to wear again, with no need for a full wash cycle, reducing both water and energy use.

Users can choose between Eco, Quiet and Quick modes, with the latter taking around 30 minutes to perform a full cycle.

In addition, the Fisher & Paykel Series 9 Heat Pump Dryer boasts an independently-controlled fan system, to allow for full air circulation even during reverse tumble.

As a result, True Reverse Tumble is available on almost all cycles and has been created so tangling and balling during the dry cycle is reduced, so laundry is dried consistently and evenly all the way.

The Fisher & Paykel Series 9 Heat Pump Dryer comes complete with a five-year warranty.

It follows on from the launch of French Door refrigeration with recessed handles.
